Why do we collect your information?

What is non-personal information?

What is personal information?
This is information that identifies an individual and includes information from your device like geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID) and other information which relates to your activity through the Site. When you register with our Site you will be asked to provide us certain details such as: full name; email or physical address, and other information. We also ask you to complete a health questionnaire before taking part in any form of exercise. From time to time, we may take photographs and videos of classes in the studio for marketing purposes on (including but not limited to) leaflets, the website, newsletters and social media platforms.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources; when you provide us with personal details to register on our Site and use or access our Site in connection with our services or from third-party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).

Our company site is hosted on the Wix.com online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may also disclose information if we have good reason to believe that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request or to enforce our policies (including our Agreement), including investigations of potential violations. How long do you keep my information?
